At Henry’s House Of Coffee, we want you to love every cup you brew; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-perishable items and select coffee blends.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorization code.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused coffee or merchandise in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back at our roastery safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5 business days.
